PROTRAFFX® Reports On The Web is a new data management tool offered by NTC for service customers only. PROTRAFFX® Reports On The Web provides the client with full access to all of the data captured by NTC. Reports On The Web includes ability to access and change data, standard management reporting for Accounting, Traffic and Distribution, access to NTC’s e-trace® web based carrier payment information system, and client specific customized reports.

PROTRAFFX® Loss & Damage Claim Software

PROTRAFFX® Loss & Damage Claim Software is a comprehensive system designed to automate the request, filing, follow-up and reporting of loss and damage freight claims. Claims can be filed for many reasons including Visible Damage, Concealed Damage, Loss, Multiple Reasons, etc. Insert your company logo in “jpeg” format and PROTRAFFX® will fax directly or print a customized Request For Inspection or Claims Form to the carrier. Established form letters help to automate the tedious task of following up on claims at 30, 60 and 90 days as well as scrap authorization. Management reports such as Summary Claims Status, Summary Claims Aging, Claims Account Assignment Reports help you target warehouses, carriers, products and packaging responsible for higher levels of loss or damage claims.

PROTRAFFX® also allows the user to allocate both claims and freight recovery to General Ledger Accounts to complete the circle. All programs and file selections are well defined and user friendly.
